About Tabea
“Grief is love with nowhere to go.”
This quote has stayed with me, ever since I’ve experienced a sudden loss. During that period in my life I had been searching for a grief councellor that would fully understand me - and have learned just how hard finding that person can be.
This experience gave me the nudge, to start my journey as a grief councellor. Because perhaps I could be that person for someone else.
To me it’s fundamentally important to meet every person with care, true empathy and with patience.
I have spent my career working in animal wellfare, and I have experienced just how intense bonds between humans and animals - but also with each other can be. The bond that is forged as you work side by side can be as meaningful as any other. Loosing an animal companion, a loved one or experiencing a relationship break down, can make our lives feel shaky.
No matter which kind of grief you are experiencing: I’d be honoured to be part of your journey and support you as best I can.
